Tabitha and the Treacherous Tiger

Tabitha is called by a mysterious stranger to save the children of despair in the Valley of Light. Tabitha is a twelve year old young woman of Christian faith. Her best friend, Peter, has had an unsettling dream of children who are in need of help. Tabitha and Peter meet with Pastor Jim at their local church to try and understand the meaning of this dream. Pastor Jim counsels them to trust in the Lord and listen for his voice. That evening Tabitha encounters an angelic stranger who tells her that she is called, along with Peter, to rescue the children of despair.

 

On her journey to rescue the children she meets Talon the Tiger who has enslaved the children with the aid of his army of gremlocks. Talon has taken over the Valley of Light by trickery and force. All the adults are absent from the valley, expect for Priscilla. Priscilla, along with Michael, the strikingly handsome young African, arethe leaders of the children in the valley.

Tabitha is involved in a series of faith battles against the dark powers of the gremlocks. Tabitha’s growing faith enables her to confront Talon and the gremlocks with the power of the true King and his son, Pax the Lamb. With the sword of the King she is able to strike down the gremlocks and send them back to where they belong!

Throughout her journey in the Valley of Light Tabitha learns the lessons of faith, forgiveness, sacrifice, resurrection, courage, love, prayer, truth, holy war, and joy. These lessons will give her the power and wisdom to defeat Talon.
